Q:Why can't I see the Columbia Sports Token (CST) in Metamask automatically?
A: You may have noticed that MetaMask displays some standard tokens such as ERC-20 and ERC-721 tokens that have been minted on Ethereum but its token list isn’t exhaustive. You can add CST tokens to Metamask Wallet.
- Open Metamask. If you already have the metamask chrome extension, you should be able to view the Metamask icon on the top left hand corner.
- Click on “Ethereum Mainnet” at the upper right-hand corner and select the “Rinkeby Test Network”.
- Click on “Add Token” on the bottom on the same page.
- Fill in Token Contract Address with: x
And you will see the Token Symbol and Token Decimal have been automatically filled in once the Token Contract Address has been filled.
- Click on “next” and “Add Tokens” .
- CST token should appear in your wallet alongside your other tokens.
Q:Can I use Safari or any other web browser to use Metamask?
A: No. Metamask extension is supported on the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Brave, Edge. Unfortunately, Safari is not supported at the moment.
Q:Why can't I trade on the trading page?
A:Please check if you have approved Columbia Sports Token spending. You need to click on “Before Buying, click here” or “Before Selling, click here” on the left side bar. You only need to click once for all.
Q:Why can’t I see the change of market after my trade?
A:The page refreshes every 30 seconds.
Q:I clicked the trading button, why does metamask confirmation not pop-up automatically?
A: Once you click the trading button, it will prompt MetaMask to show a confirmation popup for signing the message. If MetaMask does not popup, please click on MetaMask manually, click on Confirm.

A:There is a refresh button on the top of the comment field
Q:Should the comments disappear from my comment box after it is posted?
A:Yes. Your web page will be automatically refreshed after posting your comment. And your comment box will be cleared
